TMP235A4DCKR TI Temperature Sensors - Analog and Digital Output
The TMP235A4DCKR is a precision analog output temperature sensor providing a voltage output linearly proportional to temperature with a positive slope of 10 mV/°C . It operates from a 2.3-V to 5.5-V supply and features an accuracy of ±1°C (typical) from –20°C to +70°C, with a sensing range of –40°C to +150°C . The device consumes only 9 µA typical supply current and features low thermal mass for fast response. Packaged in a 5-pin SC-70 (DCK), it is ideal for battery-powered temperature monitoring as a cost-effective alternative to thermistors.
