The TMP275 is a high-precision digital temperature sensor with I2C/SMBus interface, offering ±0.5°C maximum accuracy across the -20°C to +100°C range. It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and features user-selectable 9- to 12-bit resolution (0.0625°C LSB at 12-bit). The device consumes 50µA typical and includes shutdown mode for power savings (1µA). The TMP275 is pin- and register-compatible with LM75. Selection is ideal for precise thermal monitoring requiring high accuracy.
