TMP275AIDR TI Temperature Sensors - Digital, Local
The TMP275 is a high-precision digital temperature sensor with an I2C/SMBus-compatible interface. It achieves ±0.5°C (max) accuracy across the -20°C to +100°C range and operates from 2.7V to 5.5V. The device features user-selectable 9- to 12-bit resolution (default 12-bit, 0.0625°C LSB) and a typical quiescent current of only 50 µA. It includes a shutdown mode for power savings (1 µA) and is pin- and register-compatible with the industry-standard LM75. Selection is ideal for precise thermal monitoring. Applications include computer peripheral thermal protection, industrial controllers, environmental monitoring systems, and medical equipment requiring accurate, low-power digital temperature sensing .
