TMP302BDRLR TI Temperature Sensors - Thermostats - Solid State
The TMP302 is a low-power, digital temperature switch with programmable trip point and selectable hysteresis, operating from a 1.8-V to 5.5-V supply. The TMP302B variant features a factory-preset trip point of 85°C (typical) and a default hysteresis of 10°C, with an open-drain output. The device consumes only 1.5 µA typical supply current, making it ideal for battery-powered thermal management. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-553 (DRL) (1.6 mm × 1.6 mm), it is ideal for over-temperature protection in portable electronics, power supplies, and microprocessors, where a simple, low-power temperature monitor is required.
