The TMP390A2DRLR is a dual-channel, resistor-programmable temperature switch from Texas Instruments in SOT-563-6 package. It features two independent temperature thresholds (hot and cold), each programmable via external resistors, with ±0.5°C accuracy. Quiescent current is 0.5-µA typical. The open-drain outputs are active-low. Ideal for over-temperature and under-temperature detection in portable electronics, industrial sensors, battery management, and thermal protection circuits requiring low power and small footprint.
