It features low on-resistance of 10 Ω typical with 300-MHz bandwidth and low charge injection. The device supports break-before-make switching and rail-to-rail analog signal transmission . Integrated level-shifting allows translation between different voltage domains. Selection is ideal for I2C bus switching and level translation in portable and battery-powered applications.
