The TMUX1219DBVR is a general-purpose complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. It operates over a wide supply range of 1.08V to 5.5V, allowing use in applications from personal electronics to building automation. The device features low ON-resistance of 3Ω, low supply current of 4nA, transition time of 14ns, and break-before-make switching. It supports bidirectional analog and digital signals on source and drain pins ranging from GND to VDD, with rail-to-rail operation. All logic inputs have 1.8V logic compatible thresholds, ensuring both TTL and CMOS logic compatibility. Fail-safe logic circuitry allows voltages on control pins to be applied before the supply pin, protecting the device from potential damage. ESD protection HBM is 2000V. Housed in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include personal electronics, building automation, portable instrumentation, audio and video signal routing, and data acquisition systems.
