The TMUX1248 is a low-leakage, low-capacitance, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch operating from a 1.5-V to 5.5-V single supply. It features low on-resistance of 5-Ω typical, wide bandwidth of 300 MHz, and supports rail-to-rail analog signal transmission with break-before-make switching. Packaged in a 6-pin SC-70 (DCK) (2 mm × 1.25 mm). Ideal for space-constrained portable and battery-powered applications, the TMUX1248 is suited for audio signal routing, I2C and SPI bus switching, and GPIO expansion in smartphones, tablets, and portable consumer electronics.
