The TMUX1309APWR is a 4:1 dual-channel (differential) analog multiplexer designed for precision signal routing in industrial and automotive applications. It operates over a supply range of 1.62V to 5.5V and features internal injection current control, reverse supply protection, and no internal ESD diode path to VDD. The device supports bidirectional analog and digital signals, rail-to-rail operation, 1.8V logic compatible thresholds, and fail-safe logic. The TMUX1309A is pin compatible with industry standard 4052 and 4852 multiplexers. Housed in a 16-pin TSSOP (PW) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include industrial control systems, automotive sensor interfaces, data acquisition systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
