The TMUX1309 is a dual 4:1 analog multiplexer with 1.8V logic compatibility and fail-safe logic features. It operates from 5V to 24V single supply (or ±5V to ±12V dual) and features low on-resistance of 150Ω typical. The device supports rail-to-rail analog signals with break-before-make switching and low 3pF capacitance. Logic inputs are 1.8V tolerant, eliminating the need for external level translators. Selection is ideal for industrial signal routing with multiple input channels.
