The TMUX1309QDYYRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) 4:1 dual-channel (differential) analog multiplexer, packaged in a 16-pin SOT-23-T (DYY) package for space-constrained automotive applications. It operates over a supply range of 1.62V to 5.5V and features internal injection current control, reverse supply protection, and no internal ESD diode path to VDD. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified for Grade 1 operation from -40°C to 125°C. Housed in a 16-pin SOT-23-T (DYY) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C.
