TMUX136MRSER TI Analog Switches, Multiplexers, Demultiplexers
The TMUX136 is a differential single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch for high-speed differential signals, operating from 1.65V to 5.5V supply. It features 6.5GHz bandwidth for USB 3.1 Gen 1/2 and DisplayPort applications, with low on-capacitance and low insertion loss. The device provides excellent channel-to-channel skew matching for signal integrity. Break-before-make switching prevents signal contention. The TMUX136 is optimized for high-speed differential switching with low power consumption (350µA typical). Selection is ideal for high-speed differential signal routing. Applications include USB 3.1 Gen 1/2 switching between two hosts/connectors, DisplayPort 1.2/1.4 lane switching, and general-purpose high-speed differential signal muxing in computing and consumer electronics.
