The TMUX1511 is a low-resistance, low-capacitance, 1:1 (SPST) 4-channel analog switch with a 1.8-V logic compatibility, operating from a 1.5-V to 5.5-V single supply. It features low on-resistance of 5 Ω typical, wide bandwidth of 300 MHz, and supports rail-to-rail analog signal transmission with break-before-make switching. Packaged in a 14-pin TSSOP, the TMUX1511 is ideal for I2C and SPI bus switching, as well as general-purpose analog signal routing. Applications include I2C bus multiplexing for multiple sensors, audio signal routing, and GPIO expansion in portable and battery-powered consumer electronics requiring low distortion and multiple SPST switches.
