The TMUX1574 is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) 4-channel analog switch with 1.8 V logic compatibility, operating from 1.5 V to 5.5 V single supply. It features low on-resistance of 5 Ω typical and 300 MHz bandwidth. The device supports rail-to-rail analog signals with break-before-make switching and low charge injection of 5 pC typical. Selection is ideal for low-distortion signal routing in portable and battery-powered applications. Applications include audio headphone switching, video signal routing in portable media players, speaker switching in smartphones and tablets, and RF signal routing in wireless devices where low on-resistance and wide bandwidth are critical.
