The TMUX6111PWR is a 36V, low RON, 1:1 (SPST) precision analog switch from Texas Instruments featuring 1.8V logic level compatibility. It operates over a supply range of 4.5V to 36V (single supply) or ±4.5V to ±18V (dual supply), with low ON resistance and support for bidirectional analog channels. The device features rail-to-rail operation and fail-safe logic. The TMUX6111 family offers precision switching performance for industrial and test equipment applications.
