The TMUX6121DGSR is a 36V, low RON, 1:1 (SPST) precision analog switch featuring 1.8V logic level compatibility. It operates over a wide supply range of 4.5V to 36V (single supply) or ±4.5V to ±18V (dual supply), with low ON resistance and support for bidirectional analog channels. The device features rail-to-rail operation and fail-safe logic. Housed in a 10-pin VSSOP (DGS) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include sample-and-hold circuits, signal isolation, programmable logic controllers (PLC), data acquisition systems (DAQ), and any system requiring high-voltage precision analog switching in a compact VSSOP package.
