The TMUX6212RUMR is a 36V, low RON, 1:1 (SPST) four-channel precision analog switch featuring 1.8V logic level compatibility. It operates over a supply range of 4.5V to 36V (single supply) or ±4.5V to ±18V (dual supply), with very low ON resistance and support for bidirectional analog channels. The device features rail-to-rail operation and fail-safe logic. The RUM package variant offers a compact WQFN footprint for space-constrained applications requiring high-performance analog switching. Key specifications include low ON resistance, low capacitance, and ultra-low charge injection for precision signal conditioning. Housed in a 16-pin WQFN (RUM) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C.
