The TMUX7212RUMR is a 44V, low RON, 1:1 (SPST) four-channel precision analog switch featuring latch-up immunity and 1.8V logic level compatibility. It operates over a wide supply range of 4.5V to 44V (single supply) or ±4.5V to ±22V (dual supply), with very low ON resistance and support for bidirectional analog and digital signals from VSS to VDD. The device features rail-to-rail operation and fail-safe logic. The RUM package offers a compact WQFN footprint for space-constrained designs requiring high-voltage precision analog switching. Housed in a 16-pin WQFN (RUM) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include sample-and-hold circuits, feedback gain switching, signal isolation, programmable logic controllers (PLC), data acquisition systems (DAQ), and semiconductor test equipment.
