The TMUXHS221 is a high-speed, dual-channel SPDT analog switch designed for USB 2.0 (480 Mbps) and high-speed differential signal switching, operating from a 2.3-V to 3.6-V supply. It features low on-capacitance of 2.5 pF, low on-resistance of 5 Ω, and a wide bandwidth of 1.1 GHz, ensuring excellent signal integrity for high-speed interfaces. Packaged in a 10-pin WQFN (1.4 mm × 1.8 mm), the TMUXHS221 is ideal for switching USB 2.0 D+/D- signals, I2C, or other high-speed differential lines.
