TPA2000D1PWR TI Audio Amplifiers

The TPA2000D1PWR is a 2-W mono bridge-tied-load (BTL) class-D amplifier from Texas Instruments designed to drive speakers with at least 4-Ω impedance. It utilizes TI's third-generation modulation technique, which improves efficiency and SNR while allowing direct connection to the speaker without an LC output filter. The device operates over a supply range of 2.5V to 5.5V and features four selectable internal gain settings of 6, 12, 18, and 23.5 dB controlled by two input terminals. Key specifications include low-supply current of 4 mA, low-shutdown current of 0.05 µA, low-noise floor of 40 µVRMS, and maximum efficiency of 75–85% into 8-Ω loads.
