TPA2005D1DGNR TI Audio Amplifiers

The TPA2005D1 is a 1.1-W mono Class-D audio amplifier with integrated depop circuitry and shutdown control, operating from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply. It features up to 85% efficiency, a low 12mA quiescent current, and a low-power shutdown mode of 0.5µA. The device is filter-free, eliminating the need for output filters in many applications, and includes thermal and short-circuit protection. Total harmonic distortion is 0.25% typical at 1W into 8Ω. Packaged in an 8-pin HVSSOP (DGN) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for portable consumer electronics. Applications include mobile phones, PDAs, portable speakers, and handheld gaming devices requiring efficient, high-quality audio amplification from a single Li-Ion battery.
