The TPA2006D1 is a 1.45-W mono Class-D audio power amplifier with integrated depop circuitry and shutdown control, operating from a 2.5-V to 5.5-V supply. It features up to 85% efficiency, a low 12-mA quiescent current, and a low-power shutdown mode (0.5 µA). The device is filter-free, eliminating the need for output filters in many applications. Packaged in an 8-pin SON (DRB) (3 mm × 3 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for portable consumer electronics. Applications include mobile phones, PDAs, portable speakers, and handheld gaming devices.
