TPD12S016PWR is a 12-channel multi-line ESD protection array from Texas Instruments for high-speed digital interfaces. It provides IEC 61000-4-2 compliant ESD protection for up to 12 independent signal lines, with low clamping voltage and ultra-low leakage current to preserve signal integrity. It supports data rates up to 10 Gbps, compatible with USB, HDMI, LVDS and Ethernet high-speed lines. The device works from -40 °C to 85 °C, packaged in 24-pin TSSOP for dense PCB layout.
