The TPD2E001 is a dual-channel ESD protection diode array for high-speed data interfaces, operating with a working voltage of 5.5 V. It provides ESD protection up to ±8 kV contact discharge and ±15 kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2. The device features ultra-low capacitance of 1.5 pF typical, making it suitable for protecting high-speed interfaces without signal degradation. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-553 (DRL), this device is optimized for USB 2.0, HDMI, and other high-speed interfaces.
