The TPD4E001DCKR is a 4-channel ultra-low-capacitance ESD protection device from Texas Instruments in 6-pin SC-70 (DCK) package. For selection, verify working voltage of 5.5V, line capacitance of 1.5pF typical, ESD protection of ±8kV contact and ±15kV air-gap (IEC 61000-4-2), low leakage current, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C.
