The TPIC6B595DWR is an 8-bit shift register with DMOS output from Texas Instruments in SOIC-20 package. For selection, verify supply from 4.5V to 5.5V, output clamp voltage of 50V, continuous sink current of 150mA per channel (500mA typical current limit), low RDS(on) of 5Ω typical, integral suppression diodes for inductive loads, serial-in/parallel-out shift register, storage register with 3-state outputs, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
