TPL5010DDCT TI Programmable Timers and Oscillators

The TPL5010 is a nanopower system timer with watchdog function, operating from 1.8V to 5.5V supply with ultra-low quiescent current of 0.05µA maximum (50nA). The device provides a timer interval programmable via external resistor from 100ms to 7200s. A watchdog function monitors the host processor and generates a reset if the processor fails to clear the timer. The TPL5010 includes a manual reset input and push-pull output. Packaged in 6-pin SOT-23. Selection is ideal for nanopower duty cycling and power gating in battery-powered systems. Applications include IoT sensor nodes, wireless transmitters, battery-powered monitoring systems, and energy harvesting applications requiring ultra-low standby power.
