TPL5110QDDCRQ1 TI Programmable Timers and Oscillators
The TPL5110-Q1 is an automotive-grade nanopower system timer with manual reset and MOS driver, qualified for AEC-Q100 . It operates from 1.8V to 5.5V supply with ultra-low quiescent current of 0.05µA maximum (50nA). The device provides a timer interval programmable via external resistor, and includes a manual reset input with a MOS driver output. The timer interval can be set from 100ms to 7200s using a single external resistor. The TPL5110-Q1 is packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23-THIN package with automotive temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Selection is ideal for nanopower duty cycling and power gating in battery-powered systems. Applications include IoT sensor nodes, wireless transmitters, battery-powered monitoring systems, and energy harvesting applications requiring ultra-low standby power with AEC-Q100 qualification.
