TPL7407LAPWR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers

The TPL7407LA is a 7-channel high-voltage high-current darlington transistor array optimized for low-voltage and low-power applications. It operates with input voltage down to 1.8V, making it compatible with 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V logic families. Each channel can sink up to 500mA continuous current with output voltage up to 40V. Integrated suppression diodes are included for inductive loads. The device features low input current of 15µA typical at 3.3V input, significantly lower than traditional darlington arrays. TTL and CMOS compatible inputs feature built-in series resistors and ESD protection. Selection is ideal for battery-powered and low-voltage logic systems requiring relay, solenoid, and LED driving. Applications include power management systems, PLC digital output modules, automotive body electronics, stepper motor drivers for 3D printers, and general-purpose high-current sinking where low input current and wide logic compatibility are critical.
