TPL7407LDR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers
The TPL7407L is a 7-channel high-voltage high-current Darlington transistor array designed for low-power and low-voltage applications. It operates with input voltage down to 1.8 V, making it compatible with 1.8-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V logic families. Each channel can sink up to 500 mA continuous current with output voltage up to 40 V, and integrated suppression diodes are included for inductive loads. The device features low input current (15 µA typical at 3.3 V), significantly lower than traditional arrays. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC, it is ideal for driving relays, solenoids, and LEDs in battery-powered and low-voltage systems.
