TPS2001CDGNR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers

The TPS2001C is a single-channel power-distribution switch for USB and other hot-swap applications, operating from 2.7V to 5.5V and providing up to 2-A continuous current. The device features accurate current limiting, thermal shutdown with auto-retry, and undervoltage lockout. On-resistance is 70mΩ typical. The TPS2001C includes fault reporting via an open-drain flag output (active-low). Packaged in an 8-pin HVSSOP (DGN) (3mm × 3mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for USB bus-powered devices requiring a single downstream port with power control and protection.
