TPS2041BDBVR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers

The TPS2041B is a single-channel power-distribution switch for USB and other hot-swap applications, operating from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and providing up to 0.5-A continuous current. The device features accurate current limiting (0.9-A typical), thermal shutdown with auto-retry, and undervoltage lockout. On-resistance is 140 mΩ typical. The TPS2041B includes fault reporting via an open-drain flag output (active-low). Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for USB bus-powered devices requiring a single downstream port with power control and protection in a space-constrained design.
