TPS2061DR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers

The TPS2061 is a single-channel power-distribution switch for USB and other hot-swap applications, operating from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and providing up to 1.5-A continuous current. The device features accurate current limiting (1.1 A to 2.7 A typical), thermal shutdown with auto-retry, and undervoltage lockout. On-resistance is 70 mΩ typical. The TPS2061 includes fault reporting via an open-drain flag output (active-low), signalling overcurrent or overtemperature conditions. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC, it is ideal for USB bus-powered devices requiring a single downstream port with power control and protection.
