TPS22860DBVR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers

The TPS22860 is a single-channel load switch with controlled turn-on and integrated reverse current protection, operating from a 1.65-V to 5.5-V supply and supporting up to 200 mA of continuous current. It features a low on-resistance of 230 mΩ typical at 5 V, a slow turn-on to reduce inrush current, and a quick output discharge. The quiescent current is 1 µA typical. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), it is ideal for power domain isolation and power sequencing in space-constrained battery-powered systems. Applications include power gating in smartphones and tablets, battery charging circuit isolation, and load switching in wearable electronics.
