The TPS22913B is a 5.5V, 2A load switch with a controlled turn-on and integrated reverse current protection, operating from a 1.8V to 5.5V supply. It features a low on-resistance of 30 mΩ typical at 5V, an internal soft-start to reduce inrush current, and a quick output discharge. Packaged in a 4-pin DSBGA (YZV) (0.8mm × 0.8mm), it is ideal for power gating and load switching in ultra-space-constrained, battery-powered portable applications.
