It features an internal soft-start to reduce inrush current, quick output discharge, and reverse current protection. Packaged in a 6-pin DSBGA (YPH) (0.8 mm × 1.2 mm), it is ideal for power gating and load switching in ultra-space-constrained, battery-powered portable applications.
