The TPS22929DDBVR is a 5.5-V, 0.5-A load switch with controlled turn-on and integrated reverse current protection, operating from a 1.8-V to 5.5-V supply . It features low on-resistance of 100 mΩ typical at 5 V, internal soft-start to reduce inrush current, and quick output discharge . Quiescent current is 0.6 µA typical. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for power domain isolation and power sequencing in space-constrained battery-powered systems. Applications include power gating in smartphones and tablets, battery charging circuit isolation, and load switching in wearable electronics and portable medical devices.
