The TPS22950 is a 5.5-V, 2-A load switch with controlled turn-on and adjustable current limit, operating from a 1.6-V to 5.5-V supply. It features an ultra-low on-resistance of 50 mΩ typical at 5 V, an adjustable current limit from 0.1 A to 2 A, and a slow turn-on feature to reduce inrush current. Packaged in a 6-pin DSBGA (YBH) (0.6 mm × 1.0 mm), it is ideal for power domain isolation and current limiting in ultra-space-constrained, battery-powered portable applications, including smartphones, tablets, and wearables.
