The TPS22964CYZPR is a single-channel load switch from Texas Instruments in 6-pin DSBGA (YZP) package (0.9 mm × 1.4 mm, 0.5 mm pitch), featuring ultra-low on-resistance (13.8 mΩ typical at 5 V) and 3A continuous switch current.
