The TPS22976 is a 5.7-V, 6-A, 14-mΩ on-resistance dual-channel load switch with controlled turn-on . Each channel can support continuous currents up to 6 A, making the device ideal for high-current power distribution. The low RDS(on) minimizes voltage drop and power loss, improving overall system efficiency. The device features an adjustable soft-start to reduce inrush current during power-up and quick output discharge when disabled. Independent enable inputs provide flexible control for each channel. Built-in over-temperature protection ensures reliable operation under fault conditions. Packaged in a 14-pin WSON (DPU) (3 mm × 2 mm), the TPS22976 is suitable for space-constrained designs.
