TPS22997RYZR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers

The TPS22997 is a 10A single-channel load switch with controlled turn-on and integrated reverse current protection, operating from 0.6V to 5.5V. It features ultra-low on-resistance of 4.5mΩ typical at 5V, minimizing voltage drop and power loss. The device includes a slow turn-on feature to reduce inrush current, reverse current protection when disabled, and quick output discharge. Quiescent current is 20µA typical. The TPS22997 is packaged in ultra-small 6-pin DSBGA (0.9mm × 1.4mm). Selection is ideal for high-current power domain isolation and power sequencing in space-constrained battery-powered systems. Applications include power gating in smartphones and tablets, battery charging circuit isolation, power muxing, and load switching in wearable electronics requiring ultra-low RDS(on).
