The TPS23754 is an IEEE 802.3at Type 2 PoE Powered Device (PD) controller with integrated DC-DC converter, supporting up to 25.5-W input power. It features a 100-V, 0.5-Ω hot-swap MOSFET, a current-mode DC-DC controller with frequency foldback, and includes overcurrent and thermal protection. Packaged in a 24-pin HTSSOP (PWP) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for high-power PoE PD applications. Applications include VoIP phones, wireless access points, and IP security cameras.
