TPS2376DDAR-H TI Power Over Ethernet (PoE) Controllers
The TPS2376 is an IEEE 802.3af Powered Device (PD) controller for Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, operating from a 57-V input. It integrates a 100-V, 0.6-Ω hot-swap MOSFET and supports operating current up to 350-mA. The device includes a DC/DC converter enable, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in an 8-pin SO PowerPAD (DDA) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), it is ideal for 15-W PoE PD applications. Applications include VoIP phones, wireless access points, and IP security cameras.
