The TPS2553-Q1 is an automotive-grade power-distribution switch with adjustable current limit, qualified for AEC-Q100, operating from 2.5 V to 6.5 V and supporting up to 1.5 A continuous current. It features accurate current limiting (75 mA to 1.7 A with external resistor), reverse voltage protection, and overcurrent fault reporting. The device includes thermal shutdown with auto-retry and undervoltage lockout. On-resistance is 85 mΩ typical at 5 V. Packaged in SOT-23-6, this power switch is ideal for USB and other hot-swap applications requiring AEC-Q100 qualification.
