TPS25810ATWRVCRQ1 is AEC-Q100 qualified automotive USB Type-C PD controller and power switch from Texas Instruments. It supports USB Type-C 2.1 and USB PD specifications, delivering up to 100 W power at 20 V/5 A while supporting 10 Gbps data rate. Integrated power MOSFET, current sense amplifier and multi-level protection guard against overvoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature. It withstands -40 °C to 125 °C extreme automotive temperatures and harsh electromagnetic environments. It is packaged in a 20-WQFN with 3x4 mm outline size, serving automotive infotainment ports, vehicle charging outlets, industrial rugged devices and in-vehicle multimedia systems combining USB data and power delivery.
