The TPS259570 is an eFuse power management device with integrated protection features for 2.7V to 18V applications. It provides precise overcurrent protection with adjustable current limit, overvoltage clamp or cutoff, and thermal shutdown. The device features low on-resistance of 34mΩ typical and supports up to 5A continuous current. Programmable soft-start reduces inrush current, and fault reporting is provided via open-drain FLT pin. The TPS259570 includes reverse current blocking and true reverse voltage protection. Selection is ideal for hot-swap and power protection applications. Applications include PCIe, SSDs, hard drives, power distribution in servers, industrial automation, and power management for portable devices requiring robust circuit protection.
