TPS259621DDAR TI Current Regulation/Management

The TPS259621 is a 4.5-V to 18-V, 6-A eFuse with integrated 27-mΩ FET, designed for robust power-path protection. It features adjustable overcurrent protection, programmable soft-start, overvoltage clamp or cutoff, reverse voltage protection, and thermal shutdown. The device includes a fault reporting (FLT) output and can be configured for latch-off or auto-retry after a fault. Packaged in an 8-pin SO PowerPAD, the TPS25962x is ideal for hot-swap and power protection applications. Applications include PCIe, SSDs, hard drives, power distribution in servers, industrial automation, and portable devices requiring robust circuit protection against overloads and shorts.
