TPS27081ADDCR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers

The TPS27081A is a high-side load switch featuring a PFET with a built-in gate drive capable of operating from 1.5V to 8V. It supports very high input voltages (up to 28V) when externally configured. The device features low on-resistance (33 mΩ typical) and a fast output discharge transistor. It is selected for power domain isolation and power sequencing. Applications include power muxing, battery charging circuits, and general-purpose on/off switching for portable devices like GPS units, smart phones, and memory cards to reduce leakage current.
