TPS3106K33DBVR TI Supervisors
The TPS3106 is a dual-channel, ultra-low supply current voltage supervisor with a fixed threshold of 2.941 V and a high trip-point accuracy of 0.75% . It monitors one supply voltage and provides an open-drain active-low reset output with a minimum reset delay of 130 ms . The device consumes only 1.2 µA (typical) and operates over a supply range of 0.9 V to 3.6 V, with the RESET output defined for input voltages as low as 0.4 V . Manual reset capability is included. Selection is ideal for battery-powered systems requiring precise, low-power supply monitoring. Applications include portable medical devices, wireless sensors, microcontroller power-on reset circuits, and battery management systems in IoT nodes where ultra-low power consumption is critical.
