TPS3705-33DR TI Supervisors

The TPS3705-33 is a processor supervisory circuit with integrated watchdog timer and power-fail detection. It monitors a fixed 3.3V supply with a 2.93V threshold and provides an active-low reset output with a 140ms minimum reset time. The device features a watchdog timer that triggers a reset if not serviced within 1.6s, plus a power-fail comparator for early warning of supply dropout. Operating current is 30µA typical. Selection is ideal for microcontroller monitoring in safety-critical systems.
